What attendees say

“Thank you for an excellent course which I have found to be very useful for me. I have really appreciated the way the trainer conducted the training and the insights provided from own experience.”

“I found this the most practically useful of the courses that I’ve been on with Prospect so far. It was pitched at the right level for me. I liked that it was highly interactive and ensured that I could use the information taught as I found this reassuring. I would very much recommend Reps 2 to others looking to improve their understanding of and confidence in handling cases.”

I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciated the course, and to pass on my thanks to Robbie Young for delivering it so well. It was a pleasure to meet all the delegates and I really felt I learned a lot.”

“Thanks again for the course. It has been really useful and I feel much more confident in my role.”

“I found the feedback on the coursework at the end of each session really helpful.”
