Reps refresher

This course is designed to refresh existing reps’ awareness of the Prospect approach to case handling and protocols plus update you, as a rep, on current employment legislation. This course is geared to update your knowledge and provide some tools for you to use when supporting a member and dealing with personal cases.

Who is the course for?

Existing case handlers who have not participated in training for an extended period of time.

Refresh awareness/competence of Prospect approach to case handling & protocols
Build confidence and competence
Update on the new individual and collective employment rights in the (current) Employment Rights Bill.
