Our seventh annual Union Week will take place from 18-24 November 2024.

During Union Week, we encourage all reps and members to talk to colleagues about Bectu and the importance of joining a trade union.

What can you do to make Union Week a success?

To make Union Week a success, we need as many reps and members as possible to get involved – your help is extremely valuable. You can:

  • talk to your colleagues about why being a union member is valuable to you
  • ask your friends and workmates if they would be interested in joining Bectu
  • run an event in your workplace or office
  • encourage your colleagues to join one of our Union Week webinars

The reason we need you to help us grow the union is that the more members we have, the more effectively we can lobby, campaign and negotiate on your behalf.
