The next phase of members’ development has a primary focus on management and leadership skills. This includes a pilot 2 x 3hr modular course exploring different tools, methodology and skills to setting up a team/department for success. A spotlight on an emerging partnership with Vectorworks and their training; plus an opportunity to explore the value of emotional intelligence to support your performance as a manager/supervisor – or would be manager/supervisor.
