Who is the course for?
Any rep who has attended Introduction to Pensions’ and is covered by civil service (or related) pension arrangements
What will I learn?
- A basic understanding of the civil service pension arrangements and their role in retirement planning
- Understanding of the various options available to scheme members (such as boosting pension and how much lump sum to take on retirement)
- The impact of the 2015 reforms and the McCloud remedy
