FAA branch training

This course will help you to learn everything you should know and expect from a trade union branch, including H&S issues, raising a problem, sexual harassment and discrimination advice.

Open to all branch members in Bectu sector.

• What is expected from a trade union branch 
• What health & safety issues you may come across 
• How to raise a problem 
• Sexual harassment & discrimination advice 
• The importance of recruitment 
• The second part of the course covers the agreement* 

*currently not ratified, training will be offered once stakeholders have agreed the document
