What we’re doing in tech
1. Building worker power in the age of AI
Our 2025 survey found that many employers are introducing AI into their workplaces without the systems in place to ensure it’s being used fairly and responsibly. We are campaigning for stronger AI governance and pushing for the technology to be used in a way that protects and enhances jobs.
2. Gender equality in tech
Equity at work is something that we strive for and we have a track record of challenging unfair working practices. This includes tackling inequalities in recruitment, pay and parental leave and promoting equitable and safe workplaces.
3. Skilled Worker visas in tech
We’re pushing back against government policies that make working in the UK hard for people on Skilled Worker visas. We also offer advice, support and representation to overseas workers.
