The NOU has created a course open to both members and reps’ who’d like to get a bit more understanding on how to build a collective voice.

Who is the course for?
Building Power at Work is an ideal stepping stone for members wanting to become reps, it covers the principles of organising to help you get started or to build on your confidence when chatting to colleagues about issues at work.
A perfect accompaniment to Reps 1. (You do not have to complete Reps 1 to attend.)
