These sessions are aimed at freelance members in film and tv across all craft and regional branches. Session 1 will be parent focused, and Sessions 1 and 2 will be parent and carer focused.

About the Trainers

Camise Oldfield is a seasoned Lead graphic designer whose experience and expertise straddles HETV, feature films and commercials. She Chairs the Graphic Union, is a former BECTU committee member, a mother of 3 as well as being one half of a double film family. She fully embraces the power of job-sharing to bring versatility to her craft and has explored a myriad of innovative work structures to balance professional and personal responsibilities.

Rachel Corbould is a Senior Production Buyer working in HETV and on MMP films with 15 years worth of experience in the field.  She is a Mother of 1 child, part of a double film family with her partner, and she was also raised in a double film family herself. Initially challenged by the prospect of returning to work after starting a family, Rachel has embraced a variety of flexible working models to maintain her presence in film & TV production and has been part of the Bectu committee in recent years. Passionate about fostering inclusivity in the workplace, she is focused on championing positive change within the industry she is passionate about.
