Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic hair and makeup for film and TV

What will I learn?

Bectu is working with industry professional makeup artist, Kamanza Amihyia and Julia Townend, from JT Makeup Studio Leeds, to offer introductory three and five-day courses addressing the lack of training for professional hair and makeup artists working in film and TV with BAME makeup and hair.

These courses have been created for industry professionals to enhance their skills when working with BAME performers. Throughout all courses there will be the opportunity to practice on live models from different ethnic backgrounds.

Both models and course delegates will have the opportunity to learn from each other across the three and five days training.
