Training for reps

We offer free training for our reps every step of the way. Training helps reps to maximise their effectiveness as a rep to ensure their branch can be as successful as possible. Our training will also help reps develop in their careers outside of their union role.

Conferences

Bectu holds a national conference every two years, attended by representatives who vote on various policies on behalf of members. These policies dictate the unions direction for the next two years.
